Learn about our company, our founder, and our mission to advance healthcare solutions
Equilibria Medical Scientific Services (ELMS) is an independent medical affairs consultancy born from extensive industry expertise and a passion for advancing healthcare solutions.
ELMS was established to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and commercial success in the healthcare industry. Drawing on our founder's extensive experience in critical care nursing, regional account management, and medical scientific liaison roles, we offer a unique blend of clinical, commercial, and medical affairs expertise.
Our company is built on the principle of equilibrium – balancing innovation with wisdom, science with practicality, and commercial objectives with patient outcomes. This balanced approach enables us to deliver exceptional value to our partners across the healthcare ecosystem.
Based in the UK and officially registered as a business, ELMS serves clients across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic countries, with a growing presence throughout Europe.
At ELMS, our mission is to advance healthcare delivery through strategic medical affairs consulting, evidence-based implementation, and innovative digital solutions. We are committed to improving patient outcomes by bridging the gap between clinical excellence and practical implementation.
We envision a healthcare ecosystem where advanced therapies and technologies are optimally implemented, where clinical teams are empowered with the right knowledge and tools, and where patients receive the best possible care through evidence-based practices.
Excellence, Innovation, Integrity, Collaboration, and Patient-Centricity guide everything we do at ELMS.
